When you place an order we collect your name, email address, shipping and billing address, and the details of the pieces you have chosen. Payment card details are handled entirely by our payment processor, Stripe — we never see or store your card number.

When you write to us, subscribe to our letters, or browse the site, we collect the information you provide and basic technical data such as your browser type and the pages you visit.

How we use it

To fulfil and deliver your order, to reply to your correspondence, to send order confirmations and shipping notices, and — only with your consent — to send occasional letters about new pieces and the house.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with anyone beyond the service providers who make our work possible: our payment processor, our email provider, and our shipping partners.

Cookies

We use only the cookies and local storage needed for the site to function — remembering the contents of your cart and keeping you signed in where applicable.

Your choices

Every marketing email carries an unsubscribe link, and one click is enough. You may ask us at any time to show you the information we hold, to correct it, or to erase it entirely. Write to support@divinita.shop and we will act within thirty days.

Keeping it safe

Your information is stored on encrypted, access-controlled infrastructure. Only the members of our house who need it in order to serve you can reach it.

Children

Our store is not directed to anyone under the age of sixteen, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
