Our agreement

By purchasing from divinita.shop you accept these terms. They exist to make our obligations to you, and yours to us, plainly understood.

Pieces and materials

Our jewelry is made with laboratory-grown moissanite and natural jade, set in sterling silver and other fine metals. Natural jade varies in tone and inclusion; these differences are the signature of a genuine stone, not a flaw. Photography is faithful but colour may render differently on your screen.

Orders and pricing

All prices are shown in US dollars and are inclusive of nothing but the piece itself; any duties or import taxes levied by your country remain your responsibility. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order in the rare case of a pricing error or suspected fraud, and we will refund you in full if we do.

Payment is processed securely by Stripe. Your order is confirmed once payment is captured and you have received our confirmation email.

Shipping

Shipping is complimentary worldwide. Pieces are dispatched within three to seven business days, insured, and sent with tracking. Title and risk pass to you upon delivery.

Returns and exchanges

You may return an unworn piece in its original packaging within thirty days of delivery for a full refund. Write to support@divinita.shop and we will issue return instructions. Bespoke and engraved commissions are made for you alone and cannot be returned.

Warranty and care

Every piece carries a twelve-month warranty against manufacturing defects. The warranty does not cover ordinary wear, accidental damage, or loss. Silver darkens with time; a soft cloth restores it. Keep your jewelry from perfume, chlorine, and hard impact.

Intellectual property

The divinità name, designs, photography, and written work are ours. They may not be reproduced without our written permission.

Liability and law

Our liability in connection with any purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it. These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Should any provision be held unenforceable, the remainder stands.
