Refund & Return Policy

Thirty days to be certain
A piece should feel like yours the moment you wear it. If it does not, you may return it within thirty days of delivery for a full refund, provided it is unworn, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging with any certificate or pouch it arrived with.
How to begin a return
Write to support@divinita.shop with your order number and the piece you wish to return. We will reply within one business day with return instructions and a prepaid, insured shipping label. Please do not send a parcel back without instructions — we cannot guarantee an unannounced return will reach us.
Refunds
Once your return arrives and passes inspection, we issue the refund to your original payment method within three to five business days. Your bank may take a further five to ten days to display it. Refunds are made in full, including any shipping you paid; original shipping is complimentary in any case.
Exchanges
We are glad to exchange a piece for a different size or design within the same thirty-day window. Tell us what you would prefer and we will reserve it for you. If the new piece costs more, we will send a payment link for the difference; if it costs less, we refund the balance.
Cancellations
An order may be cancelled at no cost any time before it is dispatched. Write to support@divinita.shop as soon as you can. Once a parcel has left us, the return process above applies instead.
Damaged, faulty, or lost parcels
Every shipment is insured. If your piece arrives damaged or a parcel is lost in transit, write to us within seven days of the delivery date — with photographs where relevant — and we will replace the piece or refund you in full. Manufacturing defects are covered for twelve months under our warranty.
What we cannot accept
Bespoke commissions, engraved pieces, and earrings that have been worn cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene and craft. Pieces showing wear, resizing by another jeweller, or damage caused after delivery are also outside this policy. Natural jade varies in tone and inclusion; such variation is the signature of a genuine stone and is not considered a fault.
